In a previous article we have explored the Principle of Compounding at Individual or Personal Level.
Please pay attention that the Compounded Principle, i.e. the building up / stacking up effect of a given choice, works both ways. That is in a positive and a negative way.
Let's for say for instance that today you were to eat some unhealthy but tasty food. And because you like it so much you eat it every day for a couple of months. How would your body look after a few months?
You probably have realized the distinction between once in a while and repeated or habitual actions.
What do I mean by that? Working out once or twice a month will give you different results than if you were to work out every day of the month.
Another important distinction to make has to do with Mixed Compounding Effects.
What do I mean by that?
Well continuing the previous example.....
1-Scenario: Let's say that you eat some unhealthy food yet during the day you go to the gym, workout and burn some calories;
2 - Scenario: Let's say that you eat some unhealthy food yet during the day you stay at home and watch tv, surf the web, etc;
Do you notice the Mixed Compounding effect?
Some actions contradict or cancel each other out while other reinforce each other in a positive or negative way. So pay attention not just on individual choices but look at the big picture and notice the interdependencies between your choices.
